Are you someone who is passionate about supervising and developing others? If so, then a Primary Care Roadmap Supervision Fellowship could be a role for you…
We are delighted to have secured funding to support Primary Care by offering this opportunity to GPs and AHPs across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West. The Oxfordshire Training Hub (OTH) is coordinating this programme in partnership with Buckinghamshire and Berkshire West Training Hubs.
Introduction and Application Form
The NHS Long-Term Plan aims to increase capacity and skill mix in Primary Care by increasing the workforce by 26,000. It is recognised that the expansion of roles such as the First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and Advanced Practice (AP) in PCNs as part of the ARRS requires suitable clinical supervision.
The aim of the GP and AHP Primary Care Supervision fellowships is to provide immediate additional capacity within BOB for supervision for newly employed ARRS roles while also looking to build a more sustainable approach to increasing capability and capacity for the future.
