We are delighted that NHS-E and HEE have confirmed funding for the current Fellowship in General Practice scheme, and funding for entry onto the scheme until 2023.
We are now able to offer places on the 2-year programme for any GP or Nurse who qualified in the last 12 months who have a substantive post (salaried or partnership), with funding to practices who are supporting them.
See below for information on the programme and email us at email@example.com if you have any questions or need help applying.
The General Practice Fellowship is an NHS England funded 2-year programme of support for newly qualified GPs and nurses as they begin their careers in General Practice. This is the first year with a developing promise from the recent contract negotiations taking shape over the next 4 years. (The scheme is different from all previous GP fellowship schemes, some of which continue to run in parallel.)
Oxfordshire Training Hub is delivering the Fellowship scheme on behalf of the BOB ICS region to help practices to attract, support and retain tomorrow’s clinical team to meet your patients’ needs.
